About the money
Is the free plan a trial?
It is a real plan with a 90-day renewable term. One property, eight rooms, one user, and the whole core system.
If that is your guesthouse, it is your guesthouse — you are not on a countdown to a bill.
What happens when I go over a limit?
The limit is enforced when you cross it, with a message that says which plan clears it. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working retroactively.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, where a plan offers it. The price on each card says which it is.
What if I stop paying?
There is a grace period, then the account is suspended rather than deleted — and your booking page stays up throughout, because a lapsed subscription should not cost you a guest.
Data is kept for months after that, with warnings before anything is removed.
