Can you move our existing bookings across?
Usually. There is a CSV import for bookings, guests and rates, and we will look at whatever your current system exports.
Do you do training?
The product is meant to be learnable without it. If your team needs a session anyway, ask — we would rather spend an hour than lose you to a screen nobody explained.
How quickly do you reply?
Same day, Sunday to Thursday. Weekends we are slower and honest about it.
