What it does

One system, from the arrival to the tax return.

Every part below is in the product today. Nothing here is a roadmap.

The rack

Every room, every night, on one grid

The screen the front desk lives on. Bookings sit where they belong, a maintenance close-out looks different from a guest, and the gap in next Tuesday is a gap you can see rather than one you find out about.

It is built to be read on a phone at the desk, not just on a laptop in an office.

  • Drag to move or extend a stay
  • Overlaps refused at the database, not by a warning
  • Rooms out of service show as out of service

Money

A folio that agrees with itself

Room nights, extras, restaurant orders, excursions and payments on one bill. The balance is recomputed from the lines every night and anything that has drifted is reported rather than quietly corrected.

Refunds, part-payments and split bills are ordinary operations, not workarounds.

  • GST and green tax computed per night and per guest
  • Service charge handled as its own line
  • Every figure traceable to the line that produced it

And the rest

The parts you turn on when you need them

Every module is off until it earns its place. Nothing you do not use is on a screen you do.

Booking page

Your rates, your rooms, no commission, on a page built to load on island mobile data.

Website

A whole site on your own domain, written from what you already entered, in four themes.

Housekeeping

A daily board per property, generated at six local time, built for a phone and a bad connection.

Restaurant and till

Orders, dockets and a till that posts straight onto the guest's folio.

Channel manager

Rates and availability out, reservations back, with a poll behind the webhooks so a dropped one is not an overbooking.

API and webhooks

A documented REST API with scoped keys, for when something else needs to know.

Questions we get asked

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, and that is not an afterthought. The housekeeping board and the till are built for a thumb first, and the rack is readable on a phone at the desk.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It is yours and it exports in one click, in a format a spreadsheet opens.

We do not hold data hostage to keep a subscription.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Direct bookings through your own page cost you nothing per booking — that is the entire reason the page exists.

Is it built for resorts?

No. It is built for guesthouses and small hotels, and it is better for being narrow about that.

See it against your own rooms

The free plan is a real plan, not a trial with the useful parts removed.
